Jewelry exchanges and merchandise credit is only available within 10 days of delivery, custom orders excluded. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and include all parts and tags. Please email for prior approvial. All returns are at the expense of the buyer. Please package items carefully and include delivery and tracking informtion. Insurance is recommended.
