Orders over $75. are shipped free within the domestic United States by USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and tracking. Not responsible for packages that arrive damaged, are lost in shipment, or loss due to unsecure conditions at delivery address you supply. 

If you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase, please let me know and I'll be please to work with you on a merchandise credit, or exchange. Jewelry exchanges and merchandise credit is only available within 10 days of delivery, custom orders excluded. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, and include all parts and tags. Please email for prior approvial. All returns are at the expense of the buyer. Please package items carefully and include delivery and tracking informtion. Insurance is recommended.
